So, many of you have seen the story that I included and bolded in my recap from last night about the little girl at Kris's concert. If you haven't, here it is again:

Oh okay, so this story is so presh I can’t even. In between the Kris and Daughtry sets, we were sitting in our seats and the woman behind me taps me on the shoulder to ask about my camera, because her's was old and she noticed the quality of my pictures. She was there with her daughter, who looked to be about eight or nine years old. We got to talking, and she told me that her daughter was there for Kris, and the mom loved Kris but liked Daughtry too, but her daughter was getting tired and wanted to leave before the concert ended. The mother then proceeded to tell me that the little girl had been involved with some mission work and had visited Washington, DC in April when Kris was there to discuss his trip to Haiti and charitable work. Kris had apparently met this little girl there and spent over an hour with her talking about charity and the help she was giving people, as well as her life and just random things. He then found out where she lived, and invited her and her mother to the Daughtry show. Her mother said the little girl had met up with him again prior to the show, per his request, and he took another picture with her. She showed it to me, and the little girl was beaming the entire time. The mother described Kris as “the nicest guy” and said she was blown away by how much time and attention he gave to her daughter when he first met her back in April, even though he clearly had things to do and meetings to attend while he was there. She also said “he’s so tiny in person.” LOLOL

Thanks to yuppielawyer, I was reminded that Kris actually tweeted about this little girl when he first met her back in April.
